4. Intellectual Property

• All materials, designs, and software developed by VertoTech Solution remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use the final deliverables for the agreed purpose.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and timely information, feedback, and approvals necessary for the project. Delays in providing content or feedback may affect project timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Losses or damages resulting from the use of our services.
• Third-party tools, platforms, or software failures beyond our control.
• Marketing or advertising results not guaranteed due to external factors.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice. Completed work up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
