Defective or Incorrect Product
- If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered, you may request a refund within 14 days of receipt.
Processing Time

We aim for 100% client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services:
- Refunds are not applicable once work has started or deliverables have been provided.
- Deposits paid for projects are non-refundable.
- If you are dissatisfied with the service, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue with revisions or adjustments within the project scope.
- No refunds will be given for completed services, digital deliverables, or software
- Any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement
